Our Production Facilities
Two Production Facilities and a Warehouse
Our nearby Istanbul locations include walking product manufacturing, metal accessory production and a warehouse that also houses TAGiDOG headquarters.
In-House Product Manufacturing
Design, pattern development, cutting, sewing, leather processing, metal casting, coating and assembly are handled in house. Raw materials are selected with our supply partners for each product range.
Custom Metal Accessories
We develop and manufacture metal hardware for brands, including custom components and logo details to coordinate with the main product.
Beyond Walking Products
Our development experience also includes mini bags, poop bag holders, treat bags, dog beds and dog carrying bags. We work from existing designs or your own brief.
Quality Control and Product Testing
We use internal test equipment and work with Intertek on tensile, chemical substance, corrosion and abrasion testing. The relevant tests are considered against the materials, components and finished products in your project.
